MOL assisted Toyo Building Maintenance Co., Ltd. in proposing and accepting foreign engineers.
Toyo Building Maintenance Co., Ltd. maintains and manages data centers, including those for financial institutions. As they had started business with a foreign client, they need talents who can smoothly communicate with customers in English and this project was initiated.
Project Content
After carefully listening to Toyo Building Maintenance Co., Ltd.'s expectations, we considered candidates with high language skills and the sincerity and diligence to perform their duties reliably. We introduced several candidates, and through repeated interviews, we were able to recruit a Filipino student who graduated from a Japanese vocational school while delivering newspapers every morning and evening as a newspaper scholarship student, and a Nepalese student who graduated from a Japanese vocational school with high grades and received a scholarship from the prefectural government.
Both students have been highly evaluated at their workplaces so far, and Toyo Building Maintenance Co., Ltd. will continue to actively recruit foreign nationals who are fluent in both Japanese and English.
