A supervising organization should conduct an audit to a training company at a frequency of once in three months or more. An audit should include on-site inspection of training, hearing to a training manager and/or training supervisor, interview with trainees, review of facilities at a training site, review of books and records, and inspection of living environment at trainee residences. Technical Intern Training Act stipulates that a person under the direction of a manager with a supervising organization should conduct an audit.
