Customs Clearance

When exporting cargo to another country, it is necessary to submit an export declaration to the customs office and obtain an export permit through the required review and inspection. This series of procedures is called export customs clearance. Similarly, when importing, import customs clearance procedures must be completed. The main purposes of customs clearance include: (1) checking import/export items, (2) preparing trade statistics, and (3) appropriate collection of duties and consumption tax.
