Labor Relations Act
Foreign workers are workers who are under an employment contract with employing companies and as such the same labor relations act is applicable as for Japanese citizens. Additionally, the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, and for technical interns, policies governing them in terms of their immigration and residency, are applicable.
