PACM（Paris Agreement Crediting Mechanism）
A credit creation mechanism with a high degree of sufficiency based on Article 6, Paragraph 4 of the Paris Agreement. A country under the control of the United Nations (investor country) can implement a GHG reduction (absorption) project in another country (host country), and the amount of the reduction (absorption) can be counted in the amount of reduction by the investor country.
