Sending Organization
A company/organization that sends a trainee. This organization is established in the home country of a trainee and is licensed to send workers to foreign countries. Some organizations may send specified skilled workers and/or highly skilled workers other than technical intern trainees to Japan. A sending organization in the technical intern training program performs a wide range of duties including recruiting trainee candidates, selection, health examinations, pre-departure training, immigration support (e.g. issuing a passport), coordination with managing organizations and training companies, support for trainees during their stay in Japan, and responding in the event of difficulties.
