Shipping Instruction（S/I） Shipping Order（S/O）
This document is filled out or prepared by a shipper with information required to prepare a Bill of Lading (B/L). The S/I is a document for requesting a freight forwarder or shipping agent to make arrangements for customs clearance and loading cargos on a ship. The S/O is submitted to the shipping company. The carrier issue B/L basend on the contents of S/O.
